The Story

A European Voice at the Frontier of AI

A professional woman working on her laptop at a modern office with a coffee cup nearby.

With over 26 years navigating the shifting tides of technology — from enterprise software in the 1990s to the AI frontier of today — Dorina Torje has built something rare: a perspective that is simultaneously deep, human, and actionable.

"Most AI consultants give you a framework. I give you a future you can actually build."

Born in Romania, forged in multinational boardrooms, and now based in Belgium, Dorina brings a distinctly European sensibility to digital transformation — pragmatic, human-centred, and rooted in hard-won experience rather than theoretical frameworks.

She founded PartnerWithAI to democratise access to AI knowledge for women professionals — because she believes that the future is built by everyone, not just the few who speak the language of Silicon Valley.

What Leaders Say

Real Impact, Measured Results

Dorina does not give you another AI report to file away. She helps you see where your organisation genuinely is, where it could be, and exactly how to close the gap. That clarity alone was worth every minute.

Chief Executive Officer

European Financial Services Group

I have attended dozens of AI conferences. Dorina is one of the few speakers who can explain the technology, the business implications, and the human side — all in the same breath.

Managing Director, Digital Ventures
